1. Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- You must notify us by email at homecheekyluxe@gmail.com within three business days of receiving the product.

- The product must be returned to us within seven business days of your receipt.

- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

- The product must not be a wig, final sale, lush item mystery item, jewelry and makeup.

2. Return Process:

To initiate the return process, please send an email to homecheekyluxe@gmail.com within three business days of receiving the product. In your email, please provide your order details, including the order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product. Please note that you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

3. Restocking Fee:

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all eligible returns. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking the returned product.

4. Return Processing:

Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its eligibility for a return, we will process your refund. Please note the following:

- Refunds will be issued within 7 to 14 business days after receiving the returned product.

- The refund will be issued as an instore credit.

- Shipping charges and any applicable taxes will not be refunded.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items may be non-returnable or final sale. The product must not be a wig, final sale, lush item mystery item, jewelry and make up unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition.
